Schedule & Results

For previous results please click here.

I have about 15 years of race results on paper, the past three I have not quite transcribed! Essentially since 2009 I have been getting back on my feet and learning how to pace and fuel properly, battled some health issues and am raring to hit 2012 with a bang.

My main goal in 2012 is to race to my potential at the 70.3 Ironman World Championships in Vegas this September, everything I do will be for that race!

2011 was a very good year, won some, learned a lot, learned a ton actually!!!!

So far 2012 looks like this, there will be lots of smaller races and tons of race announcing in there…… looks BUSY!

February: QT2 Camp in Clermont Florida

April 2nd: Texas 70.3

April 28th: Seneca 7

June: Mooseman 70.3 and QT2 Lake Placid Camp!

July: Musselman Half Ironman

August: USAT Age Group Nationals in Vermont

September: Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Vegas

October: Ironman? 70.3? Marathon?

Career PR’s: (that I can remember)

Musselman 1/2 Ironman 2004 4:48

Ironman Florida 2007 10:58.58

Olympic Distance: 2:12 (FLT)

Sprint Distance: Pittsford Tri 1:09

5K 20:11 (some 4th of July 5K in Brighton)

13.1 1:40 CATS 1/2 Marathon

3 time Hawaii Ironman Qualifier

2 time 70.3 World Championships (3rd on the way!)

6 time Ironman finisher

Multiple All American and Honorable Mentions from USAT

And that’s all I can remember. I am better at tracking my athlete’s stats!
